Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are handled for Harp, operated by Mini Data Consulting LLP. By purchasing credits or subscribing to Harp, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Credit Packs

Harp uses a credit-based system where you purchase page credits to process documents. Credit packs are one-time purchases and are non-expiring.

• Unused credits: If you have not used any credits from a purchased pack, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
• Partially used credits: Once credits have been partially consumed, refunds will not be issued for the remaining balance.
• Processing errors: If a document fails to process due to a system error on our end, credits are not deducted for that transaction.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation:

• Any unused credits in your account will remain available until used. We do not forfeit unused credits upon cancellation.
• Your account data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which it will be permanently deleted.
• You can reactivate your account and access remaining credits within the 30-day window.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team with the following details:

• Your registered email address
• Order or transaction ID
• Reason for the refund request

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and credited back to the original payment method. The exact timeline may vary depending on your payment provider.

5. Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

• Credits that have already been consumed for document processing
• Requests made after 7 days from the date of purchase
• Violations of our Terms of Service

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Harp after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
